There are many factors which affect the ED copper foil‘s surface roughness when produce ED copper foil. Such as oil, paint, grease, fine mud in the water when produce ED copper foil. These impurities in the water is difficult to remove, but can easily enter in the electrolyte. The plastic material is non-deformation in low temperature. We can’t use iron or concrete cistern to make water reservoir. Because the electrolytic copper foils production water is specially treated. It might sometimes weakly acidic, sometimes weakly alkaline, iron and cement will be corroded. If the corrosion of iron or cement enter into the water and it will affect the rough of ED copper foil.
